No – while the TimeSpin cube has 12 physical sides, you’re not limited to just 12 activities overall.
Using the “Create new template” feature in the dashboard, you can create as many sets of 12 tasks or projects as you need. You can store and manage an unlimited number of activities – but only 12 can be assigned to the cube at the same time.
To transfer the recorded entries to the TimeSpin Portal, you need an active internet connection and an active Bluetooth connection between the TimeSpin cube and your PC, smartphone, or tablet.
Without a connection, the cube can continue tracking locally, but syncing with the portal will only happen once both connections are re-established.
The cube records the time each top-facing side is active. It stores the activity name and duration locally on the device.
Once the data is transferred to the TimeSpin web portal, the entries are automatically deleted from the cube to free up storage and ensure efficient syncing.
Yes, TimeSpin is perfect for home office use. The cube connects via Wi-Fi and does not require any local server setup.
You can track your working hours at home just as accurately and transparently as in the office – without extra software or manual entries. All data is instantly available in the dashboard and can be shared with your team or manager if needed.

When the cube no longer connects and the blinking light becomes weaker, it’s time to replace the batteries.
The cube contains two batteries: one located on top of the circuit board and one underneath it. You can carefully remove the circuit board, replace both batteries, and then reinsert the board.
